counter1user nameSpaces are not allowed

Keywords (if, func, fiber, i, f, s, b, etc.) are reserved.

Instruction Terminals

Statements terminate with a semicolon ;. This applies to variable declarations, function calls, assignments, and directives.

$ xcx
_ ⛶ ×
1i: x = 10;
2>! "Hello";

Blocks

Blocks are opened by a keyword (e.g., then, do, {) and closed by end;.

$ xcx
_ ⛶ ×
1if (x > 0) then
2 >! "Positive";
3end

NOTE:

Semicolons after blocks are optional (recommended style: without).

The semicolon after then, do, else, end and after the closing }

of func/fiber definitions and { }-shaped declarations may be omitted

  • the bare form is the recommended style. Statement semicolons inside

block bodies are unchanged and still required. In XCX 5.0a the semicolon

form is removed.
